Speaking of being fatigue? I feel it’s the happy kind of fatigue. Speaking of hardship? I feel it’s the happy kind of hardship; because, I feel in order to chase your dreams, that kind of hard work is worth it. I believe if I can persist to the very end, then all the joys and sorrows that I’ve tasted from pursuing my dream will all bare sweet fruit. It is because I have a dream: a dream that lets me believe in myself, that lets me shine and emit heat.

Every time I stand on the stage, I always feel I am holding on to my dreams very very tightly. I really like and enjoy this feeling. Actually, no matter if it’s singing or dancing, it is a kind of release and practice of emotions to me. Every time I learn a talent, every time I pass a challenge, I can again reassure myself, I can be more confident in continuing working hard down this path.

When standing on the stage, I feel I’ve become enormous. The minute I stand on the stage, I feel my arms extremely long, my hands extremely big, so big that I can grip tightly the spot light before me that I’ve craved for for so long. So big that I can feel every spirit in the audience, stirred from my performance, fusing together with me. Everything has become so simple, so relaxed.

You know what? Actually I feel I’ve worked pretty hard. All these years I danced so many dances; from the ethnic dances and ballet in the beginning, to the hip-hop now or any other kinds of popular dances. I feel very happy dancing these steps. Even though some dances are fairly difficult, very tiring, but I was able to learn them all! More importantly, everyone is happy watching it. This way, I feel that all these hard works are not wasted.

I often think, wouldn’t it be great if this world can be less complicated? This way, I wouldn’t need to face it with such complexity, because I’m very simple. In the past, whenever I took a break from honing my skills in a foreign land, I actually would really miss the sky of Mudanjiang. The sky from my hometown is very blue, very pure, there are not many complicated colors, yet simple enough to make one feel very comfortable.
